Connect Appointments have a new opportunity with a well-known production business in Fife. Team Leader to get started within their Freuchie site (just north of Glenrothes).
What’s on offer
- A full-time permanent position, working 40-hours per week
- Working hours are based on a rota of day and back shift - with every second weekend off
- Hours vary across 6:45am to 2pm; and 2:15pm to 10pm; and 06:45am to 17:30pm
- A salary of 32,000 to 36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating and engaging your team - always building a positive working environment
- Managing your team's performance, ensuring they’re meeting their targets
- Encouraging and highlighting progression and training opportunities
- Staff development, appraisals, and other HR functions
- Maintain effective relationships with other teams across the business
- Ensure effective cost management
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure Food Health and Safety at all times
To be successful
- Previous experience managing a team
- Previous experience in a production/manufacturing, warehouse or related background
- Have solid people skills and great communication
- A basic level of computer literacy
