Recruitment Alba are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 (LGV2 / Cat C) Drivers for a new contract with one of our long-standing clients based in Larbert. This role involves multi-drop deliveries to well-known fast food outlets across the Central Belt, offering consistent work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a qualifying period. This is a great opportunity for both experienced drivers and newly qualified Class 2 drivers, with paid route training provided.
Key Duties
- Multi-drop deliveries to commercial premises
- Driving an HGV Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle
- Use of handheld devices (training provided)
- Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 / LGV2 (Cat C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of driver hours and regulations
- Newly qualified drivers welcome
Pay & Benefits
- £15.00 per hour (PAYE) increasing to £16.00 per hour after 12 weeks
