What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, offering support that goes beyond energy services.
- Empower customers with practical, personalised energy‑saving advice, helping them reduce usage, lower bills and shrink their carbon footprint.
- Introduce customers to innovative, eco‑conscious products and services.
- Use the in‑house CRM system to resolve queries efficiently, translating technical information into everyday language.
- Act as a sustainability ambassador, collaborating with local charities and organisations through Utilita Giving to support community initiatives.
- Lead local green initiatives and work closely with the team to inspire others in building a cleaner, more connected future.
