You will be working with a well established main contractor delivering a high profile rejuvenation project in Aberdeen. The organisation has a strong reputation for quality, safety and collaborative working, and they are seeking an experienced freelance Site Manager to support the next phase of this programme.
Your new role
You will take responsibility for managing day to day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining progress against programme and ensuring all works are delivered safely and to specification. You will oversee quality checks, site documentation, inductions, permits and toolbox talks, while acting as a key point of contact for the project team. This is a freelance position requiring a hands on, proactive manager who can maintain high standards and keep the project moving efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment, rejuvenation or complex build projects
