You will be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident, working across multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.

The Role:- Manage the commercial performance of multiple residential developments, ensuring cost control and budget adherence.
- Prepare and oversee site budgets, valuations, and cost-to-complete reporting.
- Administer subcontractor packages, including orders, payments, and final accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting procurement, site activities, and project delivery.
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within housebuilding or residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of cost control systems and valuation reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills with close attention to detail.
- Willing to work in the office 4 days per week, with site travel.
