Overview
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, with a total package up to £72,000 (including bonus, car/car allowance) plus pension and other benefits
Location: South and Central Scotland, traveling around 5 Veolia sites
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee Health, Safety & Environmental compliance, promoting 'Zero Harm' culture while managing contract performance and customer relationships to drive extensions and growth.
- Develop and execute improvement plans utilising support functions to standardise processes, implement problem-solving strategies, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and manage multi-million pound budgets including P&L management, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure full commercial value.
- Lead succession planning and talent development through mentoring graduates and creating comprehensive training plans for team members.
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify new opportunities while driving team performance and service delivery standards across Central Scotland.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience and track record of delivering O&M services as a Contract Manager.
- H&S Qualification e.g IOSH Managing Safety.
- Background in Energy, Experience of operating, maintaining and managing utilities plant (i.e. Steam Boilers, CHP, boilers, chilled water, compressed air, treated water plants demin, RO, softeners, etc).
- Working knowledge of the Electricity at Work and Pressure System Regulations and experience of supervising contractors.
