This company is a well established manufacturer and contractor with an excellent reputation across the construction sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Commercial team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
In this role you will be responsible for managing commercial contracts from start to finish, including valuations, pricing variations, contract administration and client liaison. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you'll play an important role in the successful delivery of projects while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

The Role:
- Manage New Build, Social Housing and Commercial projects
- Review contracts, submit valuations and price variations
- Client facing role with regular site visits
- Office based in Dunfermline
The Person:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Experience managing commercial contracts
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commutable to Dunfermline
