We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor for a very successful Curtain Walling and Commercial Glazing Solutions company based in Dunfermline, Scotland, with a strong background in commercial management across construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in the preparation of monthly valuations, management of variations, cost reporting, subcontract procurement and administration, contract review, and risk management.

You will be managing the full day-to-day commercial function of projects, including CVRs, cost-to-completion forecasting, subcontract payments, and identifying opportunities to maximise project value through effective variation management. Experienced in maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams while ensuring commercial objectives are achieved. A proactive and energetic professional who enjoys balancing office-based commercial duties with regular site visits, carrying out measurements, attending client meetings, and supporting project delivery on site. Confident working independently and taking ownership of commercial performance from pre-construction through to final account.
