Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of residential developments, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Manager in the effective management of new-build housing developments.
  • Assist in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour.
  • Monitor construction progress against programme targets.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
  • Conduct quality inspections and help maintain exceptional build standards.
  • Assist with site documentation, reports, and compliance records.
  • Support customer care initiatives and help deliver an excellent homebuyer experience.
  • Ensure materials, plant, and resources are efficiently managed.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised site environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within residential construction or housebuilding.
  • Experience in a supervisory role such as Assistant Site Manager, Finishing Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced construction environment.
  • A proactive approach with a strong eye for detail and quality.
  • Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • CSCS Card.
  • First Aid at Work qualification (desirable).
