The ROLE OF DEPUTY STORE MANAGER

As DEPUTY STORE MANAGER within Mamas & Papas, these roles are one of the key ambassadors of creating these magical moments for our customers and community of new and expectant parents. We are now looking for a DEPUTY MANAGER to join the family and work within our beautiful Edinburgh store on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As DEPUTY STORE MANAGER, you will assist the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store, store experience and achieving store KPI's. Additionally, managing a team of amazing Supervisors and Sales Assistants within the store. You will look to support in motivating, inspiring and developing this incredible team, always willing to lead by example. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager to work in an environment that truly puts the customer first.
