What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Taking the time to understand each situation properly and respond with care
  • Solving problems in a way that feels fair and right for the customer
  • Taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution
  • Looking for patterns and flagging ways to improve how things are done
  • Working with internal teams and suppliers to get the best outcomes
  • Handling complaints calmly, professionally, and with empathy

What we're looking for:

Location and working pattern:

  • Based in Edinburgh - Stockbridge area
  • 4 weeks of on-site training to get you set up
  • Hybrid working after training, with 2 days at home
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays
