Our Client;
Commercial Gas Engineer required for our client, a Commercial Heating Contractor specializing in industrial and commercial gas, mechanical, and electrical services. They offer a full suite of plant room re-fit, service, and repair works. The Commercial Gas Engineer will travel throughout the Central Belt and attend to commercial breakdown, repair, and service work.
Commercial Gas Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and maintain gas appliances and systems in commercial properties such as supermarkets, offices, hotels, apartment blocks, sports stadiums, and universities.
- Identify and diagnose problems with gas appliances and systems.
- Replace or repair gas appliances and systems as needed.
- Perform regular maintenance on gas appliances and systems to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.
- Assist with installation projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Commercial Gas Engineer Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating.
- ACS Commercial Gas Tickets.
- Based across the Central Belt from Glasgow to Edinburgh.
- Full UK Driving License.
Commercial Gas Engineer Remuneration
- Salary £44,000 – £47,000 (Expected earnings £65,000 – £70,000).
- Travel pay.
