With a client base across the Agricultural, Commercial, Education, Health, and Industrial sectors, this company offers exciting and varied career opportunities in a fast-moving industry. They are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all project-related costs, including preparing reports
- Assist the estimating team as required
- Review contracts and prepare contract documentation
- Demonstrate strong understanding of contract types and conditions
- Place and manage subcontract orders
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
Role Requirements
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
- Degree-qualified as a Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor position
- Strong client-facing skills with a customer-focused approach
- Commercially astute with strong decision-making ability
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning capabilities
- Able to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines within a demanding workload
