Ochil Tower School is seeking a Residential Child & Young Person Care Worker to join the 24-hour residential team. You will provide safe, nurturing care and support for children and young people aged 8 to 18 with complex needs, under the guidance of the House Coordinator.
Day-to-day duties include personal care, safeguarding, and helping young people develop confidence, independence and life skills within a 52-week residential setting.
