We’re looking for a creative and curious Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing team a couple of days a week. If you love creating content that connects, enjoy trying out new ideas and want hands‑on experience across digital marketing, you’ll fit right in.
You don’t need to know everything already – we’ll give you all the support and training you need. We’re much more interested in your enthusiasm, creativity and willingness to give it a go. You’ll also need to be comfortable talking to people, as the role involves meeting families on the wards to showcase our impact.
Responsibilities
- Helping create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Capturing simple videos, writing warm, clear copy and turning stories into great posts
- Supporting planning, scheduling and day‑to‑day community engagement
- Getting involved in paid social, SEO and website updates (with full training)
- Pitching in across wider marketing activity when needed
Qualifications & Attributes
- Interest in digital marketing, social media and content creation
- Understanding of how platforms like Instagram and TikTok work
- Creativity and an eye for what makes content stand out
- Willingness to learn new skills – from paid social to SEO and CMS updates
- Professional, positive and proactive attitude
- Empathy and sensitivity when working with children, young people and families
- Confident but self‑aware – able to take initiative and open to feedback
