About the role
Valet parking doesn’t get more exciting than FastPark. Our digital valet parking service uses the latest tools to provide a quick, convenient and secure start to our passengers by providing them with conscientious valet services at Edinburgh Airport. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract, working 20 hours a week, Monday - Friday. Hours will typically be 0400 - 0800 but can be flexed outwith these.
What you'll be doing
- Engage with passengers on their arrival to the FastPark facility, collect their vehicles and safely and securely drive the vehicle to a remote parking area for long‑stay parking.
- On the day of return, safely deliver the passengers car back to the FastPark facility ready for collection.
- Other duties include hosting in our reception area to support customers with the check‑in service through our self‑service check‑in kiosks.
- Manning our photo booth area to ensure customers are supported with the entry process.
- Supporting customer queries in our Ferry Lane zone.
- Supporting the Key Allocators with key duties, including loading of return lockers.
- Key audits to ensure our customers cars are safe and in the correct place.
What we're looking for
- To apply for this role, you'll need a full UK Driving license, held for a minimum of 3 years, and with no more than 3 penalty points current at any time.
- To be a motivated team player, who can excel in customer service.
- Good communication skills.
- To be a safe and confident driver.
