Valet parking doesn’t get more exciting than FastPark. Our digital valet parking service uses the latest tools to provide a quick, convenient and secure start to our passengers by providing them with conscientious valet services at Edinburgh Airport. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract, working 37 hours a week, on a fully flexible basis.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Engage with passengers on their arrival to the FastPark facility, collect their vehicles then safely and securely drive the vehicle to a remote parking area for long stay parking.
  • On the day of return, safely deliver the passengers' car back to the FastPark facility ready for collection.
  • Host in our reception area to support customers with the check-in service through our self-service check-in kiosks.
  • Manning our photo booth area to ensure customers are supported with the entry process.
  • Support customer queries in our Ferry Lane zone.
  • Support the Key Allocators with key duties, including loading of return lockers.
  • Conduct key audits to ensure our customers' cars are safe and in the correct place.

What we're looking for:

  • A full UK Driving license, held for a minimum of 3 years, and with no more than 3 penalty points current at any time.
  • A motivated team player, who can excel in customer service.
  • A safe and confident driver.
