Edinburgh Airport's Digital Team is expanding to support AirportX SaaS and passenger-facing platforms. As Digital Customer Success Manager, you will own onboarding, adoption and ongoing account management, coordinating with Product and Delivery for specialist support.
You will build trusted stakeholder relationships, run quarterly reviews, monitor performance and drive growth, while identifying risks and opportunities.
