This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded marketing professional to lead and shape Edina's global marketing strategy in a role with broad influence and high visibility across the business. Working at the forefront of the energy transition, you will help establish Edina as a leading provider of low-carbon, cost-effective power generation and battery storage solutions, supporting the company's continued growth and long-term commercial success.
The Role:
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of the marketing strategy, ensuring activities are aligned with business objectives and support international growth across key markets. You will oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, strengthening Edina's market presence, increasing brand awareness and supporting business growth, while monitoring performance and optimising activity to maximise impact and return on investment.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales & Management team to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities, while conducting market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, opportunities and developments across the power generation, battery storage and low carbon sectors.
About You:
To be considered as a Marketing Manager, you will need:
- To hold a degree level in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
- To have proven experience in a senior or standalone marketing role
- To have demonstrable experience developing and driving a marketing strategy aligned to sales and commercial objectives
- To have experience planning, delivering, tracking and optimising marketing and advertising campaigns
- To have experience managing digital marketing activity, including website management and overall online presence
- To have proven experience organising and delivering trade shows, exhibitions and industry events
- To have experience managing a marketing budget and reporting on spend and return on investment
- To have experience carrying out market, industry and competitor research
- To have experience reporting marketing performance directly to senior stakeholders, including Head of Sales or equivalent
- To have experience managing or leading a marketing department or function
- A full, valid driving licence
Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
