You will be joining a collaborative team, working across projects involving LV and HV electrical networks, power generation and distribution systems, as well as supporting the Projects, Sales and Service departments. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will design and develop LV and HV electrical networks, power generation and distribution systems, as well as DC systems for BESS projects. You will produce electrical designs and technical documentation, develop LV/HV protection schemes, undertake cable sizing and prepare specifications for switchboards, transformers and other electrical equipment. Working closely with colleagues, clients, DNOs and suppliers, you will support multi-discipline projects, helping to maintain the timely flow of technical information and carrying out site visits to support design progress and as-built updates.
