This includes producing Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and complete document packs in line with the Commissioning Plan and working with the Commissioning Manager, Project Manager and the Design and Production departments.Beyond this, you will also review returned Commissioning Diary Sheets, raise any issues with the relevant teams, and oversee the timely collation of all commissioning documentation for final project handover.Additionally, you will:- Manage calibration and portable appliance testing to ensure quality compliance- Maintain and update the Projects and Commissioning Asset Register- Ensure all records are accurately returned and collated- Prepare commissioning records for inclusion in the final O&M documentationAbout YouTo be considered as a Commissioning Co-ordinator, you will need:- At least two years’ experience with a mechanical and/or electrical discipline- A good track record of document control and production- Strong project co-ordination and communication skills- Effective IT skills and competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages- At a minimum, an ONC/D, NVQ level II or City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a mechanical/electrical discipline- A full, valid driving licenceThe closing date for applications is 4:00 PM, Friday 18th July 2025.Due to a fast-moving market, applications may be filled on short notice and the deadline date may be brought to a close early.
