We're scaling fast and need a Marketing Manager to ship campaigns, run events, drive MQLs, and use AI to take the grind out of the day-to-day.

- AI: Claude, ChatGPT, anything that makes work easier, quicker and better.

- 4+ years in B2B marketing, ideally services, training, consulting or SaaS sold into enterprise.
- You’ve used HubSpot (or at least a CRM).
- You’re already using AI in your marketing work, and have opinions about it.
- Organised. You can juggle live campaigns without dropping balls.
- You like running events and trying things that might not work.
