Edifai is the AI training partner for companies like WPP, Publicis and The World Bank Group. We teach companies how to harness AI, and we live in the tools we teach. We're scaling fast and need a Marketing Manager to ship campaigns, run events, drive MQLs, and use AI to take the grind out of the day-to-day.

The role in one line: Run the marketing engine: campaigns out the door, leads in the funnel, assets shipped.

Key info:

  • Salary: we'll share the range on the first call. Depends on experience, but we won't waste your time.
  • Hybrid working, 1-2 days in the London office.

What you own:

  • Campaigns across LinkedIn paid, organic, events, partner webinars and content syndication.
  • Lead magnets and landing pages.
  • Events end-to-end, from webinars to in-person.

How you'll work: AI-first. Not as a buzzword, as a default. You'll be encouraged (and trained) to use AI tools to do more, faster.

Tools you'll use day to day:

  • AI: Claude, ChatGPT, anything that makes work easier, quicker and better.
  • Reporting: HubSpot.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing, ideally services, training, consulting or SaaS sold into enterprise.
  • You’ve used HubSpot (or at least a CRM).
  • You’re already using AI in your marketing work, and have opinions about it.
  • Organised. You can juggle live campaigns without dropping balls.
  • You like running events and trying things that might not work.

What you get:

  • Real freedom to redesign how marketing gets done with AI.
  • Training in the latest tools, with the time to actually apply it.
  • A small, senior team. Your work is visible from week one.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

The honest bits:

  • This is a doing role, being able to juggle multiple things is a must.
  • Our category moves fast. We change direction when the data says to.
  • We’re small. Sometimes you’ll do things that aren’t strictly marketing.
