We are partnering with a leading Multi-Family Office in London to recruit an Analyst to support the Senior Client Advisors across a broad range of business development, client servicing, and operational activities. This is an entry-level role, ideally suited to a candidate with 1–3 years' experience in private banking, investment management, or a related financial services environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of proposals, pitchbooks, client presentations, and other business development materials.
- Manage and maintain the firm's CRM, ensuring accurate data, and effective use of AI-driven insights and automation.
- Assist with the production of client and investment communications, presentations, and reporting.
- Provide business management and administrative support to the Client Team, helping to coordinate projects, reporting, and internal processes.
Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years' relevant experience (or equivalent internship experience).
- Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with AI and automation tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
