We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst to join a leading institutional investment team, supporting the origination, underwriting, monitoring and portfolio management of real estate investments across funds, co-investments and direct assets.

This is a role with genuine ownership, providing the opportunity to develop independent investment views, lead diligence workstreams and contribute to investment decision-making.

We’re looking for candidates with

  • 3–4+ years’ experience in real estate investment, private markets or a related field.
  • Experience across investment underwriting, due diligence, monitoring and portfolio reporting.
  • Background in evaluating fund managers and/or direct investments within an institutional environment.
  • Strong financial, quantitative and analytical skills, with excellent report-writing capability.
  • Experience from pensions-focused investment teams, institutional investors, investment managers or investment advisory/consultancy firms will be considered.
