Job Description
We are partnered with a leading Real Estate investor to grow their direct lending team in London.
Globally this firm manages over $60bn, and they have recently launched a new debt fund that will focus on the UK market.
The fund will have a generalist coverage including student housing, DC, industrial, multifamily, etc.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a dynamic and growing team, and be part of a very successful global top 20 Real Estate investor.
Relevant candidates will have 2-4 years within another Real Estate Debt fund, or as part of a Real Estate Financing team from a leading IB team.
