We are partnering with the Private Equity team of a leading private investment office. The Private Equity team invests across US and European mid-market opportunities via fund commitments and co-investments (including independent sponsors) and is now looking to hire an Analyst to support continued growth. Our client is particularly interested in candidates from private capital strategy consulting teams with commercial due diligence experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support fund and co-investment underwriting, including financial and commercial diligence
  • Evaluate private market managers across buyout, growth, and venture capital
  • Attend manager meetings and prepare Investment Committee materials
  • Source and assess co-investment opportunities alongside sponsors
  • Monitor portfolio performance (PME, benchmarking, exposures)
  • Support reporting and broader investment research

Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years’ experience in private markets, investment banking, or strategy consulting
  • Strong interest in private equity investing
  • Strong understanding of private markets (or exposure via consulting projects)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
