A leading hedge fund platform is hiring a Director to focus on sourcing and underwriting emerging managers, and enhancing investment strategy performance across its Partner Firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate new investment teams/strategies
- Lead due diligence across strategy, track record, and risk
- Deliver performance analytics and attribution reporting
- Partner closely with PMs to improve alpha generation
- Support capital raising and allocator due diligence
- Collaborate on strategic development of new products and analytics tools
Requirements:
- Experience underwriting hedge fund strategies (equity L/S, market neutral, event, credit, macro or quant)
- Strong performance analytics and data skills (Python, SQL); Power BI a plus
- Track record improving PM performance through data
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills
