Director – Investment Due Diligence & Portfolio Manager Analytics | London

A leading hedge fund platform is hiring a Director to focus on sourcing and underwriting emerging managers, and enhancing investment strategy performance across its Partner Firms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate new investment teams/strategies
• Lead due diligence across strategy, track record, and risk
• Deliver performance analytics and attribution reporting
• Partner closely with PMs to improve alpha generation
• Support capital raising and allocator due diligence
• Collaborate on strategic development of new products and analytics tools

Requirements:

• Experience underwriting hedge fund strategies (equity L/S, market neutral, event, credit, macro or quant)
• Strong performance analytics and data skills (Python, SQL); Power BI a plus
• Track record improving PM performance through data
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills
