Job Description Our client is a global, mid-market focused investment bank. We are exclusively partnered with them to hire a highly motivated and analytical individual to join their Business Services M&A team in London. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in executing M&A transactions across a wide-variety of business services sub-sectors. Key Responsibilities: Support Managing Directors in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of marketing materials Prepare and analyse financial statements, perform valuations, and develop complex financial models Assist in the creation of client presentations, pitch books, and other documentation for potential investors and stakeholders Contribute to the preparation of transaction-related documents such as memorandums, presentations, and reports.
