Job Description
Our client is a global, mid-market focused investment bank. We are exclusively partnered with them to hire a highly motivated and analytical individual to join their Industrials / Business Services M&A team in London. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in executing M&A transactions across a wide-variety of business services sub-sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Managing Directors in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of marketing materials
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, perform valuations, and develop complex financial models
- Assist in the creation of client presentations, pitch books, and other documentation for potential investors and stakeholders
- Contribute to the preparation of transaction-related documents such as memorandums, presentations, and reports.
Key Requirements:
- First-class academic track-record
- Prior experience in M&A advisory (at least 12 months of full-time UK experience)
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
