Leading independent financial advisory firm is seeking a VP / Director to join its growing team, with a focus on M&A and Debt Advisory transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
The role will involve:
- Leading and executing M&A and debt advisory mandates
- Managing client relationships and transaction processes
- Developing new business opportunities
- Working closely with senior leadership on complex, cross-border transactions
Ideal profile: Strong investment banking / corporate finance experience, with a proven track record in M&A and/or debt advisory. Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of transactions are essential.
