Turton PCN is looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our well-established Pharmacy Team in general practice. You will support medicines-related activity, undertake medication reviews, and contribute to QOF and CQC activities within a multidisciplinary team.
The post holder will work under the supervision of a senior clinical pharmacist and may develop towards non-medical prescribing. A strong commitment to CPD and collaborative care is essential.
