ABOUT THE ROLE This is our 5th hire. You’ll be at the heart of everything we do - building the best digital agency for hospitality. We’re currently at capacity and looking for a superstar to join the team, deliver fantastic work for clients and help drive our growth. This is not an organic social/content creation role. Our focus is performance marketing, experience in Paid Social and PPC is essential. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our office in Manchester.
WHAT TO EXPECT You’ll be at the forefront of the business, ensuring full satisfaction from our clients. Day-to-day tasks will be fluid as per our client’s needs. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will create, execute, and manage paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for launching campaigns, analysing data and informing decisions across all acquisition channels to drive results for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and manage paid campaigns across various channels, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Monitoring campaign performance on a regular basis and suggesting actions based on KPIs & trends
- Support Weekly/Monthly/AdHoc reporting by conducting high-quality analysis and writing concise commentary
- Identify marketing opportunities with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush etc.
- Support with creative testing through providing creative/audience strategy recommendations through competitor research and data-backed learnings
- Support with Ad Copy & Keyword + Ad Group Structure on Google Ads + Meta
- Lead on delivering easy-to-use reporting or visualisation dashboards for internal analysis and for our clients
- Adhoc account management and point of contact for all clients that work with EDGEY
- Attend client meetings, strategy sessions + industry conferences building relationships with clients, industry partners and potential clients
- Support the wider business with delivery of client campaigns across other digital platforms
MUST HAVE:
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, particularly the paid media space
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a paid media management role (in-house or agency)
- Highly-skilled in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager etc.
