The successful candidate must:
- Have high standards of behaviour and be able touse positive behaviour management to encourage and promote excellent behaviour.
- Be kind, sympathetic and want the best for allour children.
- Be IT literate to input information onto our schoolinformation system (after training on this system).
- Be an excellent communicator with children and allother staff, including fellow middays, teachers, TAs, office staff, kitchenstaff and the school’s leadership.
- Keep information confidential.
