We are looking for an experienced In-house Recruitment professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles across Europe and Oceania (corporate functions such as Sales, Marketing & Finance).
This is a busy role where you will partner with HR and Hiring managers frequently, advising on recruitment methods and strategy while keeping roles moving forward at all times. You will be sourcing candidates directly via various methods and will ensure best-in-class candidate experience. This role supports cross-regional teams, so the ability to understand and adapt to different multiple time zones and regional processes is vital.
Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
- Full life cycle recruitment process for roles assigned.
- Support programs and processes to find top talent across the EMEA & Oceania.
- Process and support employment activities, such as sourcing, coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Support TA Manager with roles and responsibilities such as delivering hiring manager training and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate candidate experience; maintain the Edgewell employment brand.
- Seamlessly coordinate on-site and virtual interviews - ensure interviewers and candidates have all necessary information to be successful.
- Assist hiring managers and HRBP with all phases of interviewing & hiring.
- Support design and rollout of talent acquisition programs and processes.
- Applicant tracking system administration and support of metric reporting.
- Own SharePoint Site administration and support as well as invoicing relating to TA.
We’re looking for an In-House recruitment professional ideally with experience gained in an international/consumer goods company. Here’s what we are looking for:
- Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition (ideally In House) team is essential.
- Experience recruiting corporate roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Experience in direct sourcing tools and methods (including LinkedIn).
- Proven ability to effectively screen and assess candidates for multiple corporate functions.
- Knowledge of Employment Law in EU and Oceania regions is desired.
- Proven ability to effectively build relationships and partner with hiring managers.
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and have experience in multi-tasking.
- Leverages key relationships and builds networks (with teammates and candidates) to work effectively and deliver results.
- Experience working in a multinational organization is preferred.
- Experience with Applicants Tracking Systems (ideally Success Factors).
