The Director, EMEIA Pacific Customer Supply Chain, is responsible for shaping and leading the regional customer supply chain agenda across EMEIA Pacific, building the organisation and capabilities needed to accelerate profitable growth, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, create competitive advantage and deliver sustainable operational performance. The leader serves as a senior supply chain partner to the markets, commercial teams and global functions, translating customer and market priorities into clear supply chain strategies, capabilities and execution plans.

The role is accountable for defining and leading the regional supply chain strategy and execution within Joint Business Plans with strategic customers, ensuring customer collaboration drives sustainable growth, competitive advantage and measurable business outcomes across service, OTIF, inventory, working capital, cost-to-serve and customer experience.

This leader will champion the adoption of digital tools, advanced analytics, automation and scalable processes to improve responsiveness, decision quality, customer experience and operational performance across the region. • Establish performance management routines, scorecards and decision forums that convert insights into clear actions, ownership and business impact.
    • Contribute to annual operating plans and longer-term strategic plans by building practical, financially grounded supply chain recommendations.
  • Transformation, Capability and Simplification
    • Lead the regional customer supply chain transformation agenda, building capability in customer collaboration, planning, analytics, execution discipline and continuous improvement.
    • Simplify processes and decision rights across markets and functions, reducing friction while improving speed, accountability and scalability.
    • Lead the development and adoption of digital customer supply chain capabilities, leveraging data, digital platforms, advanced analytics, automation and emerging technologies to improve decision quality, anticipate risks, identify growth opportunities and enable scalable competitive advantage across the region.
    • Foster a culture of digital innovation and continuous learning, ensuring teams build the capabilities required to effectively leverage analytics, AI-driven insights, automation, and evolving customer supply chain technologies.
    • Translate enterprise and global initiatives into practical regional capabilities and ways of working that can be adopted by markets and sustained over time.
