Let’s Talk About You
You’re ambitious, but you want a career with purpose—we love that. You’re up for a challenge and ready to write the next chapter of your career story with a great group of encouraging colleagues. You want to make your mark, shape how things are done, and let your personality shine.

Now Let’s Get Down to Business
We are on an exciting journey to transform our HR organisation—moving from a traditional support function to a true strategic partner to our commercial business. As a People Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping this transformation.

You will work closely with senior leaders, the regional People team, Centres of Excellence (CoEs), and Shared Services to deliver a people strategy that enables business growth. This role offers a unique blend of strategic partnering (around 60%) and hands-on operational delivery (around 40%), giving you real ownership and impact.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

  • Partner with commercial leaders across functions and markets, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related topics
  • Develop and execute the local people strategy, including workforce planning, organisational development, and employee engagement
  • Translate business priorities into clear and actionable people plans
  • Provide recommendations on people decisions and proactively identify and manage risks
  • Collaborate with CoEs on talent attraction, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and support change initiatives to help teams navigate transformation successfully
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies while guiding managers and employees
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, wellbeing, and inclusion & belonging
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share best practices across markets

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
We’re looking for someone with strong HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment such as FMCG or a similar sector. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful—so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Proven experience partnering with senior commercial leaders and shaping people strategy
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across international teams
  • Confidence to take and defend positions on complex or sensitive people topics
  • End-to-end ownership mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong understanding of local labour markets and HR practices
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage people data to drive decisions
  • Experience working across markets and collaborating with CoEs and shared services
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluency in English (additional European language is a plus)

This role will suit you if:

  • You’re excited by building and shaping a function as it evolves
  • You enjoy being close to both strategy and execution
  • You thrive in environments where you can drive standards and continuous improvement
  • You value international collaboration and working across markets

This role is less of a fit if:

  • You prefer a fully established HR structure from day one
  • You want a purely strategic role without operational involvement
  • You prefer maintaining existing processes rather than building and evolving them

What We Offer
Competitive salary, hybrid working (typically 4 days in the office), employee assistance programme, life assurance, discounted Edgewell branded products, core working hours, responsible leave, free beverages & snacks, sports & social club membership, casual smart dress code and—most importantly—a great team!

Now Take the Next Step
If you’re looking forward to progressing your career with us, then we’re looking forward to hearing from you. Please email an up-to-date CV in English along with your salary expectations. Alternatively, feel free to pass this onto your network.
