We’re hiring a Digital Trading Manager to own and accelerate performance across their DTC eCommerce business. This role has meaningful ownership and influence. You’ll help shape the digital trading strategy, optimise commercial performance, and play a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth for the DTC channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and driving digital trading performance across the DTC eCommerce site.
  • Delivering revenue growth through structured trading plans, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
  • Planning and executing the end-to-end trading calendar, including launches, promotions, and seasonal activity.
  • Analysing performance data and converting insights into clear, actionable improvements.
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, brand, product, and IT teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Managing external agency relationships across marketing, site maintenance, and platform upgrades, ensuring clear accountability, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Overseeing onsite merchandising, product visibility, and the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of site functionality, UX, and trading capability through agency and internal collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an eCommerce DTC digital trading role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform.
  • Experience managing external agencies and third-party partners.
  • A proactive, commercially focused self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in personal care, DTC brands, and evolving consumer behaviours.
