Within their Aerospace Division, they specialise in supporting the aviation industry with the movement of critical spare parts, complex assemblies, and oversized, high-value cargo, offering time-critical AOG services and expert handling across air, sea, and land. With deep customs and regulatory expertise and a zero-failure mindset, the team partners closely with aerospace manufacturers and service providers to keep mission‑critical supply chains running efficiently, reliably, and on schedule.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Operations Manager to join their team at their London Heathrow site, working five days a week on site. This role will have end-to-end responsibility for aerospace logistics operations, overseeing the full lifecycle from quoting and pricing through to execution and delivery. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of aerospace supply chains, with proven experience across air and road freight, and the ability to manage time‑critical, high‑value shipments in a fast‑paced, operationally focused environment.
The Person
- Proven experience in end-to-end aerospace logistics operations (min 2 years experience)
- Strong background in quoting and pricing within an aerospace or freight forwarding environment
- Hands‑on experience managing air freight operations
- Working knowledge of road freight operations
- Experience handling time‑critical, high‑value, or AOG shipments
- Strong operational problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on site at London Heathrow five days per week
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational setting
The Package
