What You’ll Do
- Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll own end to end recruitment cycle for roles across Europe and Oceania (corporate functions such as Sales, Marketing & Finance).
- You will partner with HR and Hiring managers frequently, advising on recruitment method and strategy as well keeping roles moving forward at all times.
- You’ll be sourcing candidates directly via various methods and will ensure best in class candidate experience.
- This role supports cross regional teams so the ability to understand and adapt to different multiple time zones and regional process is vital.
- Support programs and processes to find top talent across the EMEA & Oceania.
- Process and support employment activities, such as sourcing, coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Support TA Manager with roles and responsibilities such as delivering hiring manager training and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate candidate experience; maintain the Edgewell employment brand.
- Coordinate on-site and virtual interviews; ensure interviewers and candidates have all necessary information to be successful.
- Assist hiring managers and HRBP with all phases of interviewing & hiring.
- Support design and rollout of talent acquisition programs and processes.
- Applicant tracking system administration and support of metric reporting.
- Own SharePoint Site administration and support as well as invoicing relating to TA.
What We Look For
- Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition (ideally in-house) is essential.
- Experience recruiting corporate roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Experience in direct sourcing tools and methods (including LinkedIn).
- Proven ability to effectively screen and assess candidates for multiple corporate functions.
- Knowledge of Employment Law in EU and Oceania regions is desired.
- Proven ability to effectively build relationships and partner with hiring managers.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task effectively.
- Leverages key relationships and builds networks to deliver results.
- Experience working in a multinational organization is preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally SuccessFactors).
