We’re seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join Edgewell Personal Care—a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, and Cremo Grooming, to name a few).

At Edgewell, you’ll join a collaborative group of likeable, diverse, and nurturing colleagues. Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
- Support the Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) in delivering budgeted invoice, net sales, and gross margin within your designated account portfolio.
- Proactively seek and exploit all sales opportunities to achieve short- and long-term company objectives.
- Analyse weekly performance, identify corrective actions, and support SNAM in achieving sales and gross margin targets.
- Build positive working relationships within accounts to maximise leverage for all brands in daily sales, forecasting, pricing, and in-store execution.
- Develop expertise in account reporting systems, running weekly/ad hoc reports to support decision-making and optimise business performance (e.g., reduce stock holding, highlight non-compliance, identify top/bottom performing stores).
- Manage promotional activity under SNAM/NAM supervision, including planning, delivery, post-evaluation, and recommending improvements for future promotions.
- Provide accurate forecasts and communicate effectively with supply and brand teams to deliver agreed service levels and working capital targets.
- Support Sales Managers with administration relevant to selling and negotiating within designated accounts (e.g., new line set-up, pricing amendments, promotional briefing, liaising with Field Merchandising Team).
- Set up and track new lines/distribution and pricing, identifying areas of focus for business management and development.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year’s sales experience in FMCG or similar (preferred)
- Intermediate numeracy and literacy (essential)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) (essential)
- Skills in planning, data analysis, thorough preparation, creative working, business growth, KPI delivery, new business development, negotiation, objection handling, teamwork, networking, influencing, self-confidence, interpersonal skills, innovation, and analytical ability
- A “can-do” approach
