What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll own end to end recruitment cycle for roles across Europe and Oceania (corporate functions such as Sales, Marketing & Finance). This is a busy role. You will partner with HR and Hiring managers frequently, advising on recruitment method and strategy as well keeping roles moving forward at all times. You’ll be sourcing candidates directly via various methods and will ensure best in class candidate experience. This role supports cross regional teams so the ability to understand and adapt to different multiple time zones and regional process is vital. Key Responsibilities

  • Full life cycle recruitment process for roles assigned.
  • Support programs and processes to find top talent across the EMEA & Oceania.
  • Process and support employment activities, such as sourcing, coordinating and scheduling interviews.
  • Support TA Manager with roles and responsibilities such as delivering hiring manager training and onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate candidate experience; maintain the Edgewell employment brand.
  • Coordinate on-site and virtual interviews; ensure interviewers and candidates have all necessary information to be successful.
  • Assist hiring managers and HRBP with all phases of interviewing & hiring.
  • Support design and rollout of talent acquisition programs and processes.
  • Applicant tracking system administration and support of metric reporting.
  • Own SharePoint Site administration and support as well as invoicing relating to TA.

What We Look For

  • Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition (ideally in-house) is essential.
  • Experience recruiting corporate roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain).
  • Experience in direct sourcing tools and methods (including LinkedIn).
  • Proven ability to effectively screen and assess candidates for multiple corporate functions.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law in EU and Oceania regions is desired.
  • Proven ability to effectively build relationships and partner with hiring managers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task effectively.
  • Leverages key relationships and builds networks to deliver results.
  • Experience working in a multinational organization is preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally SuccessFactors).
