The Director, EMEIA Pacific Customer Supply Chain, is responsible for shaping and leading the regional customer supply chain agenda across EMEIA Pacific, building the organisation and capabilities needed to accelerate profitable growth, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, create competitive advantage and deliver sustainable operational performance.

The leader serves as a senior supply chain partner to the markets, commercial teams and global functions, translating customer and market priorities into clear supply chain strategies, capabilities and execution plans. The role is accountable for defining and leading the regional supply chain strategy and execution within Joint Business Plans with strategic customers, ensuring customer collaboration drives sustainable growth, competitive advantage and measurable business outcomes across service, OTIF, inventory, working capital, cost-to-serve and customer experience.

The position is accountable for driving regional transformation through simplified ways of working, stronger organisational capability, digital enablement, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement. This leader will champion the adoption of digital tools, advanced analytics, automation and scalable processes to improve responsiveness, decision quality, customer experience and operational performance across the region.

Success will come through influence, partnership and alignment with market and global teams, not by creating additional organisational complexity. The role is expected to connect demand, supply, logistics, customer service, product lifecycle and inventory priorities into an integrated agenda that supports growth, efficiency and enterprise objectives.

As the regional owner of the Integrated Business Planning process, this leader partners closely with Regional Commercial Team, Global Supply Planning and Global IBP Leaders to align demand, supply, capacity, customer priorities and financial commitments, while helping the organisation make faster, better-informed decisions.

Strategic Mandate: Build an EMEIA Pacific customer supply chain capability that grows, strengthens strategic customer partnerships, simplifies execution and consistently improves the metrics that matter: service, OTIF, inventory, working capital and cost-to-serve.

Universal Accountabilities:

  • Lead the EMEIA Pacific Customer Supply Chain organisation with a clear focus on enabling profitable growth, improving customer experience and strengthening strategic customer partnerships.
  • Own and lead the supply chain contribution to Joint Business Plans with priority customers, ensuring initiatives are commercially relevant, operationally executable and tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Serve as the senior supply chain executive interface for strategic customers and key internal stakeholders building trusted customer relationships, leading executive-level supply chain engagements, and bringing the voice of the customer into end-to-end supply chain decision and enterprise priorities.
  • Proactively engage with strategic customers to identify growth opportunities, improve collaboration, enhance service performance, and develop joint supply chain capabilities that create mutual value and competitive advantage.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance and market leaders to translate customer segmentation, growth plans and market priorities into supply chain capabilities, service models and execution roadmaps.
