This is a highâimpact commercial leadership role with full ownership of the Grocery channel and a mandate to outperform the market. Youâll lead the endâtoâend commercial agendaâsetting strategy, owning results, and driving transformational growth across some of the UKâs most important grocery customers. This is a role for a confident, decisive sales leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys negotiating at senior level, and knows how to turn strategy into execution. If youâre energised by growth, accountability, and leading teams to win, this role puts you firmly in the driverâs seat.
Hereâs what youâll get up to:
- Commercial Performance & Growth
- Own the Grocery P&L and deliver sales, FP and contribution targets
- Drive incremental growth through disciplined commercial execution
- Lead JBPs and seniorâlevel negotiations
- Own KPIs across volume, profit, share, pricing and inâstore execution
- Customer Leadership
- Own senior relationships across all Grocery customers
- Deliver clear, growthâdriving account strategies
- Elevate Edgewell brands at customer leadership level
- Forecasting & Planning
- Own forecasting, P&L planning and annual submissions
- Drive IBP discipline and forecast accuracy
- Align Sales, Demand Planning and Brand teams
- Team & Talent Leadership
- Lead and develop a highâperforming Grocery team
- Build capability, succession and accountability
- Drive crossâfunctional execution and continuous improvement

Are You Ready to Show Us What Youâve Got?
Weâre looking for someone with significant experience ideally gained within an FMCG or Cosmetics business. While your experience is of course important, weâre all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
What weâre looking for:
- Senior Grocery / FMCG sales leadership experience within a multinational environment
- Proven track record of driving growth, leading JBPs and negotiating at scale
- Strong commercial judgement and decisionâmaking under pressure
- Credible leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience leading and developing sales teams
- Health & Beauty category exposure desirable
- Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills
- Commercial delivery & negotiation
- Strategic planning and execution
- Influencing and stakeholder management
- Change leadership and growth mindset
Working Relationships
- Reports to Head of Sales, North West Europe
- Direct leadership of 5 senior team members (total team circa 20)
- Close partnership with Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning and ECB teams
- Regular engagement with major customers and agency partners
