Let’s Talk About You

You’re ambitious and looking for a role with real purpose — we like that. You’re ready for a new challenge and excited to shape the future of Direct‑to‑Consumer across Europe. You collaborate naturally, care about delivering meaningful customer experiences, and you want your work to make an impact. If that sounds like you, this could be your next big move. We’re looking for a talented professional to join our European organisation, working across all our brands and markets to elevate our DTC performance and experience.

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

As our DTC Manager, you will own and drive the DTC strategy across Europe, ensuring our platforms deliver an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience while achieving strong commercial results. This role works cross‑functionally with eCommerce, Brand, Digital Content, IT, Supply Chain and market teams across Europe.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

  • Develop, define and execute the European Direct‑to‑Consumer strategy and roadmap in partnership with central and local market teams.
  • Own the DTC P&L and drive performance against key KPIs including revenue, conversion, fulfilment, satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Build strong cross‑functional partnerships across Marketing, Retail Media, E-commerce Trading, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Technology and Analytics.
  • Act as the central DTC lead to align priorities, remove commercial and operational blockers, and ensure cohesive planning and execution.
  • Lead the performance of D2C platforms through sales analysis, funnel optimisation and customer satisfaction insights.
  • Develop and manage an impactful Retail Media strategy, delivering personalised, data‑driven full‑funnel campaigns (onsite, offsite, email, app, paid social, search).
  • Drive customer acquisition, growth and retention, optimising media investment through attribution, segmentation and continuous testing.
  • Produce regular reporting and data analysis on traffic, acquisition, conversion rate, ROI and CRO performance to support development, content and UX improvements.
  • Oversee DTC operational excellence by building scalable processes and governance that elevate the customer experience and reduce complaints.
  • Partner with Customer Service, Operations and Technology to resolve friction points, enhance delivery performance and improve post‑purchase experience.
  • Ensure relevant, high‑quality content and communication across all EU DTC sites and owned channels, following brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop photography, video and onsite material; manage translation processes and product review optimisation.
  • Manage external partners and agencies.
  • Work closely with Operations and Distribution to optimise stock levels, plan allocation and ensure availability to meet commercial goals.
  • Own the end‑to‑end DTC processes, ensuring the business is set up for scalable success.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

We’re looking for someone with experience and passion for DTC excellence — ideally with exposure to digital, marketing, commercial or eCommerce roles. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in digital, marketing, business or direct‑to‑consumer environments.
  • A data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into optimisation.
  • Experience using Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of digital product management and digital marketing channels.
  • Highly organised, rigorous, flexible and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, action‑oriented and commercially minded with a focus on people and community.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
