Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate multi‑market and regional customer partnerships, creating aligned growth plans and consistent execution frameworks.
- Define and deploy regional best practice for customer strategy, go‑to‑market execution and joint business planning.
- Develop and embed repeatable customer playbooks across range, pricing, promotion, visibility, activation and digital integration.
- Act as the central connector between sales, marketing, ecommerce and category teams to deliver integrated shopper and customer plans.
- Lead strategic collaboration and negotiation with regional and multi‑market customers, including key European buying groups.
- Drive thought leadership and best‑practice sharing across hubs and markets, raising commercial capability and execution standards.
- Champion data‑led decision making, building advanced commercial and analytics capabilities to optimise investment and performance.
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities in emerging and non‑traditional channels, including on‑demand and rapid delivery ecosystems.
- Build strong external networks to bring outside‑in thinking into the region.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing regional team, building capability and succession pipelines across markets.
- Proven experience managing and growing large, complex, multi‑country customer relationships.
- Strong background in joint business planning, customer strategy and go‑to‑market execution.
- Negotiation experience with key European buying groups such as Everest, Concordis or Coopernic.
- Ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable playbooks and operating models.
- Advanced analytical capability, able to convert data into clear insights, actions and priorities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the gravitas to operate at senior customer and executive level.
- Experience working in matrixed regional structures with local P&L ownership.
- A commercially curious mindset, willing to challenge established ways of working to unlock growth.
- Strong people leadership experience, including leading geographically dispersed teams.
