Core Trading Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day trading across assigned Pure play accounts and Social Commerce platforms, ensuring products are live, available, accurately priced, and effectively merchandised.
- Support the setup and execution of promotions, including price discounts, bundles, and campaign mechanics across Pure play and Social Commerce.
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to drive sell-through.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Account Managers and Trading Leads.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Deliver weekly and monthly commercial trading updates with clear insights to support eCommerce and commercial decision‑making.
- Track market and competitor activity, including pricing, content, and promotional intensity, recommending tactical actions where appropriate.
- Monitor key KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, and ROAS, identifying trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Review customer ratings, reviews, and feedback, working with relevant teams to address issues and protect brand equity.
Content, Launches & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Create, update, and optimise product listings, ensuring accurate copy, imagery, video, and claims across Pure play and Social Commerce.
- Support Social Commerce execution creator content alignment, and campaign readiness.
- Support end‑to‑end new product launches, from content and availability through to activation and early performance tracking.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and agency partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all product information and content meets platform guidelines and regulatory requirements, staying up to date with platform changes.

- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; marketplace platform experience is a plus.
