In this role, you will support the growth of Bulldog Skincare across international markets, helping to shape and bring to life the brand vision through impactful campaigns and partnerships – including our European collaboration with Ironman®.
Reporting to the Global Senior Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in building brand equity and driving market share, working closely with global and local stakeholders, innovation teams and the wider European Marketing team.
Sample of what you’ll get up to:
- Support the development and delivery of the global brand strategy to drive international growth
- Help activate and maximise the long-term Ironman® partnership to build brand awareness and engagement
- Partner with local markets to review performance, assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to optimise
- Contribute to the development and execution of integrated, end-to-end marketing campaigns across channels
- Use consumer, shopper and market insights to strengthen brand strategies and monitor industry trends
- Collaborate with Innovation and Portfolio teams to support new product development and successful launches
- Manage product content and imagery within Salsify, ensuring consistency and accuracy across digital touchpoints
- Partner with digital and e-commerce teams to enhance online brand presence
- Support budget management, tracking and reporting of A&P investment
- Champion Bulldog Skincare internally, maintaining strong brand guardianship with a consumer-first mindset
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
We’re looking for someone with strong brand management experience, ideally gained within FMCG, personal care or beauty. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
What we are looking for:
- Proven brand management experience across the full marketing mix
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns and managing agencies, from briefing through to execution and evaluation
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global and local teams
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Commercial awareness, including budget management and understanding of product costing
- A balance of creative thinking and analytical capability
- Experience with digital-first campaigns is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are an advantage
