We are looking for an experienced Professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Responsible for the day-to-day management, development and implementation of Edgewell’s Total Rewards programs across Edgewell’s European markets including pay & benefits analysis, job evaluation, Employee Recognition program management, and compensation and benefits cycles.
Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
- Ensure the delivery of all Reward processes across EMEA in line with Company Total Rewards philosophy, strategy and frameworks.
- Guide local HR teams and other internal stakeholders across EMEA in all Reward issues.
- Support regional benchmarking activities including survey review and participation for compensation survey and programs across Europe.
- Summarize and identify trends and assess relevance to our local business/talent pool to determine Reward issues or opportunities. Recommend appropriate outcomes in line with Company philosophy and strategy.
- Ensure proper alignment of benchmarks across geographies and business lines.
- Lead annual survey submission process for Europe
- Evaluation and Internal levelling of jobs
- Support annual compensation planning process; key point of contact for Europe PBPs
- Support Edgewell’s global recognition program, working closely with our 3rd party vendor, WorkHuman
- Support the market benchmarking review, implementation and administration of all benefit plans in Europe, including management of brokers
- Provide insights to key stakeholders and the wider People team through regular benchmarking and analysis of rewards practice and principles and relevant legislative developments
- Ensure accuracy of compensation-related data in HRIS by performing regular audits, resolving discrepancies and collaborating with HR service teams to maintain up-to-date and compliant records.

- Demonstrated experience developing and presenting recommendations across a variety of stakeholders at all levels within an organization
- A self-starter with strong initiative and customer/client orientation; ability to facilitate discussions to resolve issues, obtain consensus and drive to conclusion
- Excellent team and collaboration skill, with demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholders, business lines and geographies
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to proactively define appropriate work plans and processes
- Experience project managing small to medium sized projects and/or key work streams within larger projects
- Experience working with SuccessFactors a plus
- Prior experience with recognition programs
- Government agencies as well as internal and external legal counsel – Required filings, responses to requests for information
